Bugfixes:
 - updated to Text HUD API v2 (as v1 support was dropped), this makes the mod functional again ;)
Changes:
 - added default fontsize from LCD Panel font size
 - support for text shadows
 - Debug and Monofont font support, this is retrieved from the LCD Panel font
 - Circumvent SE shaders for clearer text
